Scope before price

Know what your engagement includes.

A useful proposal starts with your New York location, service menu and clinical team. The written agreement defines responsibilities, availability, exclusions and complete pricing.

01

Start with a practice conversation

Tell us whether you are opening, adding a service, seeking a professional role or changing an existing arrangement. We review fit and the information needed for the next discussion.

02

Define the clinical and administrative work

Separate patient care responsibilities from nonclinical coordination and technology. Have New York counsel review the professional entity, compensation model and any referral or management arrangements.

03

Participating-practice patient evaluations

Our $10 Good Faith Exam offering covers up to three services within an established participating-practice relationship and proprietary EMR workflow. This is a business offering, not a universal state fee or a standalone service for outside organizations. The clinician determines the appropriate assessment.

04

Confirm the complete proposal

The exam offering does not quote a full medical-direction or oversight engagement. Request the whole scope, fees, service limits, clinician availability, cancellation terms and launch conditions in writing. Spa Shield participation is part of our model and does not itself establish legal compliance.
